Any TV tuner card that is compatible with Windows XP will work and there are many of them. That being said I have seen some that are specifically for Media Center Edition such as a Hauppauge 1178, Hauppauge 1042, Hauppauge 1062, ADS Tech MCE-3000 and others.

Thanks for the info but i think in India we get such kind of TV tuner cards cause her we get Techcom Tv Tuner INternal and external or Pinnacle and some more
