|At one end of my house is an AT&T wireless DSL with four ports. Three of the ports are used by a Sony TV, Sony PS3 and the Dish network. At the other end of the house is a new Samsung internet TV, a blueray player (internet capable). There is competition for the wireless bandwidth as there can be a XP computer, laptop, and a wireless printer all using the network at the same time. All of the computer devices must be off in order to watch an streaming movie, from Netflicks for instance, on the Samsung TV with out long streaming pauses. |
How do I eliminate these streaming pauses? Can I use network switches? Should I hardwire all devices through a hub or switch?
Any ideas would be helpful.
Thanks in advance.
