Help w/Nero

When I replay this video file in Nero ShowTime 3 as well as burning w/Nero, I get static. Now when I play the video in WMP10 the sound is crystal clear. I do have the K-Lite codec pack installed. Now does anyone know how I can burn this file in Nero without static? Any help appreciated.
