Getting ready to build a micro computer

I'd like to learn more about building a computer
for my car. Some of the things I'd like in it are:

Bluetooth compatibility for my phone
A dvd drive, for movies/loading software
A WiFi connection to move files from my home
network to my car.
A digital music interface, something easier to
use and having larger print than itunes
A gps system
A touchscreen

Can anyone suggest someplace I get look for
the parts and a guide on however to program
and wire the system?

I'm not an EE, but i regularly build and sell
desktops as a hobby.
