Turn the monitor upside down.

No...really....from what I understand about video editing....that would take a lot of processing...major.

If the clip is very short....like 2 minutes or less...there are utilities out there that allow you to convert videos to a series of jpg stills (like the frames on the old filmstrips). You then flip each frame individually and then use the same utility to reconvert them back to video.

If it's more that an minute or to worth of video...the shear time needed makes it impractical.

I'm sure that some of the very high end video editors can do this automatically....but such software is very expensive PLUS you would need a very powerful PC to do the processing...either that or let a standard desktop run all night (maybe all day too) for a longer video, that is.

Maybe others will know of other solutions.

HTH

that happend to me before when i used winamp to view movies, some movies flip vertically. but when i used windows media, it played right.

try updating your movie player, get a new codec, or maybe something is really screwed in your computer.

mine doesnt have that problem anymore from all the updating and reformatting i do on my computer.

if you only meant to watch movies, i don't know why you have to go through video editing just to watch it correctly. unless ofcourse u intend to flip it upside down.

hope this answers your problem
