I can download photos on a HP CR-R 52x; then I try and download on Memorex Ultra Speed CD-RW 24x and I get a problem with disc error? I have gone thru ~ 5 trying to use these? What could be wrong? Thank you.

Do you have the proper software to use the RW? Are the RW's formatted properly? Are you trying to write at a speed higher than 24x?

I use windows xp home edition. I do not know how to format RW's or what speed I would be writing at? I am still in the learning stages! Thanks! lisalou
