Instead of having computer speakers I would like to connect the computer audio to my stereo speakers. Any help on how to do this? And I would need exact instructions please. Thanks

he probable best connection would be the line out connection on the computer to the aux input on the stereo amplifier. The speaker out from the computer is probably does not have enough power to drive the speakers directly. If you have the SP/IF connector on both the computer and the amplifier then that should have higher fidelity and more effects.
