combo DVD/VCR with DivX playback

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a combo DVD/VCR that definitely *plays DivX and XVid* (and MP3 CDs of course). I don't care about recording - only playback. I've been shopping around and I've been finding non-recorders for around $100 that claim they play "DVD-R, DVD+R, CD-/+RW", etc. but they don't specifically say DivX. There are DVD recorders that I've seen, interestingly enough only on .uk websites, going for $400 that do state DivX support. At this point if I can't find someone with personal experience I will have to burn a DivX disc and wander around Best Buy trying them out ;) Thanks for any advice.
If you browse through all the DVD players playback specs, some do say mpeg4 and divx.

Thanks but I'm looking for one with a VHS as well. I was looking at the Philips DVP620VR specifically but the specs don't say DivX and the reviewer on epinions said he can't get DivX to play on it (no wonder). Oh well, I think I'll just hook up an old computer to my TV and get a cheap-o VCR.
