I need to know to convert CD image to DVD image (iso for an example)?

Just burn the iso on a DVD. Although it is a waste of media space, but I bet you could care less about that.

I think you mean edit the .ISO image.

You can try ISOBuster or UltraISO or preferably PowerISO. These are CD/DVD Image editing softwares.
