not really sure if this belongs here, but everyone here is so helpful i figured id give it a shot. i just bought a 99 Camry. It comes with no keyless entry thingy. My parents have an 03 camry w/ 2 keyless entry things. One of them, they never use. So, i was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible or how i could somehow reprogram the second keyless entry of the 03 camry to work with a 99 camry. Thanks
Bobby

You need more than the keyless device, you also need a receiver/decoder. Reprogramming is not easy. Otherwise think of the stolen cars. Buying a set of replacement modules is possible, but kind of expensive.

A Toyota dealership would be a good place to start.

There are tons of after market keyless entry systems out there. I believe Walmart even sells them... cheap and easy to install. However, for a few bucks more you can also get remote start capability.
Don't know where you live, but I'm in Manitoba Canada. It can go down to -40F here... the remote start is sooooo nice in the Winter.... warm up the car without getting off the couch!!
