Can't open itunes

i tried to turn on my itunes today but it keeps on giving me the message : "Itunes has stopped working." i tried everything i know of to start Itunes, but it won't let me open, it just keeps on crashing...
Can anyone help me?

P.S. before and after i turn on the itunes and get the crash message, the theme turned to vista Aero...

starting to get annoied by windows vista ><

You maybe disabled the bonjour.exe service, you can download itunes and reinstall it.
