hc-80 tv card through some adapter as my laptop has no express card slot , some usb adapter , wouls it have enough bandwidth to run it ?

I doubt if you are going to find an adapter to connect the HC-80 to a USB port. I would suggest selling the HC-80. I think you should be able to get enough cash to purchase a USB video input adapter.
