I need help with an issue. As seen in the picture below, the blackberry is stuck on that screen, only way to get out of it is taking out the battery but once I put the batter back in, its in the same screen. I cant reboot it, cuz i cant get into the options or anything on the phone. The phone is pretty new, so I really want to know how to fix it.

No picture? Which screen is it?
How about Alt+Enter?
If the keyboard is locked then try Pressing the Send key and the asterisk (*) key

Leaving the battery out for more than ten minutes ( maybe half an hour ) may help. This way all voltage-retaining components such as capacitors will drain completely.
Other option might be press and hold the power button for more than 30 seconds. This may reset the machine.

Let it be and it should eventually come up. I have seen them take 20 minutes before. Once complete it should be Okay after that.

Did this ever get resolved? I had the same problem and now I'm in a fight with Bell over repairs. I think it is a software issue. Anyone else?
