Get this error whenever I try to print preview in Access 2007:

There isn't enough free memory to update the display. Close unneeded programs and try again

and when I print directly to the printer, all I get is a blank report with no data. I have followed all the MS suggestions. Here are some additional details:

-1 GB of memory..512MB not being used
-tried on other PC's/laptops and the d/b was fine
-re-installed office 2007/repaired...no luck

Please help as I am at a loss on this, a format perhaps?

What MS suggestions have you followed?

Did you see this?

Did you Google?

Have you installed Office SP1?

I'm receiving the same messages - and when just creating a query with a tiny DB with one table. When switching between results view and design view I receive the message. Plenty of free memory, only 40 megs being taken up by MSACCESS.EXE with over 3000megs free.

On a related note, the KB articles referenced by Jennifer above are for Office 2000 / Access 2000 and are not relevant here.

Anyone with an answer please give a holler

Just got a notice in my e-mail on this older post. Have you done any changes to your Video card or are you working on a docked laptop. Crazy it seems I know, try redocking and post back after doing so.
