SQL TIME conversion

Hi,
I have an issue i need to display a date say (14-sep-2005 11:20:00) as 14-sep-2005 12:20:00) and (22-dec-2005 11:20:00) as (22-dec-2005 11:20:00). As of now my oracle SQL is showing these 2 as 11:20.I am not able to figure out the exact conversion to make this happen.Has this got anything to do with the time change.
