I am still researching the procedure for upgrading my trial version of SQL 2005 to the retail version.

If anyone has a good article on the procedure please share it with me. Razor_23 informed me from an earlier post that everything should go smoothly and shouldn't expect a reboot. I have also read from a couple other sources that it should be an easy "install on top of" procedure as long as the trial period has not expired.

Is there a way to tell exactly how many days are left on the trial?
