CPU/Ram: 2.0 Gig
Model/Manufacturer: Dell

I enter information on a form when the form is closed by the 'X' button the information is stored in the relevant table. I do not want this. I want to have a save button on the form that when pressed will ask "Do you want to Save?" yes / No . Only when yes is selected should the information be stored in the table. Can someone please assist me with this code? Thanks
