Hi,
Recently, my parents got a computer, but something went wrong. They are completely clueless when it comes to computers, and I figured that I could help them remotely, seeing as I live on the other side of the world. I'm running Vista, and they have a copy of XP Pro, and I was wondering if I could format their drive for them remotely, through remote desktop, start from scratch....any help appreciated!
