Oracle error - ORA-06550

I dont know if anyone can help me...but I got this error when trying to execute a function in a package: execute PKG_Q4.FN_Q4(ALT1);

It is one of two functions (overloaded) in the package.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-06550: line 1, column 20:
PLS-00201: identifier 'ALT1' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
