While installing Oracle 10g DB, I received an error msg, "The value of the environment variable path is more than 1023 characters. This value cannot be set".
Please does anyone have an idea of resolving this error?

Thank you.

See the path of the Environment Varible,if the path does not contain $oracle_home,such as d:oracleora81bin,you will get the error above.Just set the path manully,do check in the DOS command, type path:,if you see the $oracle_home is in the path it lists, then it'll be ok!
