I want to be able to export a table in access to excel and if one of the values is 0 or less then a certain number i want the background color of the cell to change colors? I know how to write databases and export them to excel, so i guess what im really asking is...
A)can you write an IF Then Construct in excel to change the background color of a cell
+
B)How would i keep the same rules everytime i dumped to excel?

any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Access can't control the formatting in Excel. You will need to write a macro to do the formatting once the data is in Excel.
