Importing from Excel to Access DB

i'm trying to figure out the code to add an import-from-excel option that will place data in its correct fields as seen in the following pic of the access db i am using: http://i10.tinypic.com/52nz98n.jpg
(i.e. name into the name fields, etc etc)
i added the circled button but don't know the code that will make it work as intended. any help is appreciated, thanks

Have you considered just linking to the Excel spreadsheet, or do you definitely want to import the data?

If linking isn't an option, here's a third-party add-in designed to do what you want:
