i have a database with a form that shows a list with all the courses that are provided by companies i know need to have a button or someting beside each course so when i click on it, it then opens another form up and shows what dates that course is and whos attending whats the best way 2 do this. I want to show on the form the name of the company who i had showing on the previous form.

Why not create a new form based on an input query? You could then set the criteria as the course name, and the form would show whatever information you wanted (dates, attendees, etc.)
Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
