We are using SQL Anywhere 5.0 as a front end for which we have created a Batch file to connect to Database.It works fine when one batch file is fired but simultaneously we fire a second batch file it gives error:{The application, , generated an application error The error occurred on mm/dd/2006 @ time stamp. The exception generated was c0000005 at address 004AF8C6 (<nosymbols>)}

we are creating this batch file to load balance.Can you help us for the same as to why the second batch file gets disconnected with Dr.Watson error.
