If I upload an Excel file/Database file (which contains a list of data and matching images) from my PDA to a PC via a wireless router. Then which software/application (from the PC side) is able to extract the uploaded information and save them to the local database. Pls advice. Thank you.

You can import data and images with Microsoft Access.
