I have a several Lotus Approach database's that I wish to convert to SQL express 2008.
Lotus Approach is dead, and we are ready to go Win7-64bit.
I can get the data into SQL, Problem is I do not know how to create a front end for users to enter data.
I am familiar with accesing SQL tables, but I am lost as to how to create user forms.
Is there any software that will create forms semi-automaticly?
can someone offer any advice on this issue?

Umm create a table with the same number of columns. Label them with the headers of your Spread Sheet and do an import. If it does not support Lotus then open the Lotus Spread Sheet in Excell and save as a CSV file.

Run Lotus Approach under Windows7.
Connect it to the SQL Express 2008.
Use Approach as your front end application.
voila !
