Hi all
I have two databases in works 2000 that I want to convert to access 97. The first has 16,000 + entries and after copying to excel, the conversion to access went fine.
The second with 5500 + entries using the same method keeps giving me type conversion errors on around 350 lines.
Does anyone know if I can correct this or do I have re-enter the info into a new works database because of corruption in the orginal works database.?
I googled Type conversion error but no help.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Richard

Figured it out: Access formatted one of the fields as auto-number. Changed that to text and all ok.
