I am trying to get a weekly schedule on a different worksheet from a monthly spreedsheet. The Montly has all name on the employees name the next column are the times they work if they are working. I would like to just get the names of people working on one sheet for just a week at a time. Can I get the if function to compare times?

What program are you using? If it's Excel, you should post in the Office Software Forum. This is the Database Forum.
