batch file reset

i have windows vista and in doccuments file it has batch file rest . will it restore the folder to original setting say for e.g i sent a folder to doccuments..... accidently and i wont it gone
if i use batch file reset will it only delete the folder i mistakenly sent .

right click the file, and click edit
then copy the text within on here and we will define the codec for what it actually does
