i am trying to get my Maccess database to backup automatically how ca i do that?
i am not used to cmd nor to networks for that matter so can any one walk me through this.

new to computer world

i have already tried this search but all it does is show me how to back up my database
i want to schedule the back up to be done automaticaly on a regular basis and without any human interaction

new to computer world

i have tried some tools but the problem is that i need something that runs on the background most programms i found need to leave a window open to schedule the back up

i tried the second link it looks like it would work. the problem is that i don't know how to implement it with my database
