I have a small office of 15 computers. For some reason ACT will run slower for one user compared to another user. It finds the record fine but it takes another 60sec for the notes to appear and takes a long time to scroll down the notes. This will affect one user one day and then a different one on the next day.
Any thoughts on what might be casuing this would be great.
All computers are running XP with 512MB of ram and most of my users usually only have ACT and Outlook open at the same time.
