We have a database that up untill now has just printed the required word merge forms out, they select what they want and Access and word do there thing, print it and then close word.
We were asked to make a change so that the users can control to what format and printer they can print to so all they want to happen is that the merge happens and the word document is sitting there waiting for them to do with want they want.
This works perfect in Windows XP with Access 2003, but not in Vista with Access 2003, everything is the same etc except for operating system.
