I have a xp2200 and I've only been able to make it to about 1900 MHz and it wasn't totally stable then. From what I've read, the XP220 is a POOR overclocker.

Hey qew,

Just out of curiosity, what kind of temps are you getting? My xp2200 runs pretty hot. My idle temps are around 55C and I have been as high as 68C under full load.

by raising the voltages ive been able to get minte up to 1922mhz now, wich i think is not very high. and my temps are around 52 idle and up to about 56 (i think) full load.

I got my amd 2200 up to 1916 or so but it was not that stable. The system was pretty stable at 1890 when I changed the cpu/memory ratio to 4:5. This was on a Asus Motherboard A7S333. Does anyone know how to change the cpu voltage on this motherboards bios??

over 1900 and the system becomes very unstable, dont know why though.
but with full voltage mine is stable at 1890.
as far as i can see i have nothing that wouldnt tolerate atleast 2000... i have no clue whats wrong.

the vcore option should be where you adjust the FSB (i think) mine is now at 1.750 v and the temp hasnt changed a bit
