Is the XP 2500-333Mhz with the Barton core a bit faster than the 2700-333Mhz T-bred due to its higher L2 cache?
Either one will be going on a motherboard that supports them and will have 512 MB of Kingston PC 2700 Ram.
i have the 2600 333 and it runs very fast for me. at 168/34 i run 2.1 with newly installed pc3000 and run 40 to 44 C under heavy load
