Which 3200+ is best... 2.33ghz on a 333fsb or 2.2 on a 400fsb? Barton cores =]

Hi :)

The 3200+/2.33GHz/333MHz FSB CPU was an oddball used in certain HP models. The 3200+/2.2GHz/400MHz FSB CPU is the better of the two due to it's faster FSB. And I'll go out on a limb & say there's no way the 2.33GHz/333MHz CPU will run at 400MHz.
If you have a motherboard that supports ALL the overclock options (CPU multiplier, CPU voltage, FSB, RAM voltage, RAM timings, etc), you'd be better off getting an AXP-M (laptop CPU) such as the 2500+ & overclocking the crap out of it.
