Ok I have a Athlon XP 1700 and I have 1 bay exhaust fan and 1 80mm fan in the front of my case and my case temp is 98 degrees and my CPU is 130 degrees. What can I do. My heatsink is AOC copper cooler with a 5400 rpm fan and solid copper body.

you are a little high, but your case temp is high as well.Where do you live and how hot is it where the comp. is situated?? 130f=54c 98f=37c so thats a 17degree difference...not too bad.I would try adding another high back exhaust fan.By a bay fan do you mean it takes up one of the front drive bays and exhausts??
Make sure that you have a flow of air through the case. In at the front and out at the back, same as the power supply.
