How do i know wich switch that have what name, an where it is and how i have to set the jumpers to get 2,2 volt to get the k6-2 socket7 prosessor to be 533mhz? It is what i placed in the computer, windows 2000 says it's a AMD-K6(tm) 3D Processor thats in it, but when i reset the computer i can see that it says K6-2 266MHZ and i can't figure out how to get it to something else... Can you please help me to configure the motherboard and Bios?

The reason why OtheHill said "Your manual" is simple. There were hundreds of boards made during that time. Each one had a different way to configure it. The manual for your board is the only place to find this answer. If your do not have a manual and can't find one then your have two choices. You either leave your working board alone any try experimenting with the switchs. Of course the second option could leave your computer broken unless you are very careful.

Many boards have the jumper or DIP switch settings printed right on the board itself. Or you may have CPU settings available in the BIOS. It depends on the board. Have you looked?

The K6-2/266 runs at 4.0 x 66 mhz FSB @ 2.2v

The K6-2/533 runs at 5.5 x 97 mhz FSB @ 2.2v

If the settings aren't on the board or in the BIOS, do as recommended above. If you don't have the manual, see if you can locate the make/model number for your board, then go to the manufacturer's website to see if it's still available to download. They usually have a section called discontinued, phased out, archives, or something similar.
