Abit IT7 Max2

Abit BD7 II Raid

ASUS P4S8X

All depends on the fetures you want and how much you want to spend.
if you are going to overclock you'll need to get Good DDR Ram eg Samsung or Corsair, pc2700 or higher.

Cpu i would get would be the P4 1.8a which is very good overclocker on those mb mentioned above.. average overclock with stock cooling is about 2.4, i've seen them run at 2.7 stable with good cooling.

I've got the same head ache you got man.. can't decide what to get.
neeeeed more money!!!
