Trying to find the correct Memory for a MSI Board PM8PM-V. Pentium D-840, Socket 775,3.2 GHz, 800 FSB. As more as I search, as more confused I get. Should I use ONE or TWO Sticks? Any Suggestions? Thanks.

Not a very good board. It "supports DDRII 533/400 memory interface", but doesn't support dual channel mode. It doesn't matter if you install one or two sticks...

Now I am really confused. I bought that Board with a Dual Pentium Processor installed and it calls for DDR2 Memory. Why wouldn't it work in Dual Mode?

It's a low-end/budget board. You should have done your research BEFORE you bought it, not after. I posted a link to the MSI website above...did you check it out? Here's what it lists about memory:

"Main Memory
• Advanced 64-bit SDRAM controller supporting DDRII
• Supports up to 2GB memory size.
• Supports DDRII 533/400 memory interface."

"64-bit" means single channel only. If it supported dual channel mode, it would say something like "Supports Dual Channel DDR2"

to add to jams comment you have to see 128bit if you wanted a board that was dual channel.

You are going to have to buy another board if you want a dual channel board.

So, what would be a better Board to go with this Pentium Processor?

Right here Although it doesn't support DDR2 400 it does support Core 2 Duo/Pentium D/ Pentium 4/ Celeron D, DDR2 533/667 and up to 16gb or ram for 99 bucks. Plus it's a dual channel board as well. The only draw back is it doesn't support DDR2 800, but your processor won't take advantage of DDR2 800 anyhow only Core 2 Duo's do.
