The SB450 is the southbridge chipset, not the motherboard model (SB = SouthBridge). What do you need the PLL for, software overclocking? How about opening the case & looking for the chip on the board? or maybe finding the true model number of the board? Or if it's an OEM system (Dell, Gateway, HP/Compaq, etc), post the model number of the system & one of us will get the info for you. So far, you're not giving us enough to work with.
