What do you think my overclocking capabilities would be?
How would I go about changing the BIOS settings to bring my CPU temps down a notch?

You'll be able to overclock a LOT higher with a 2500+ mobile & it's about 1/2 the price of a 3200+ desktop CPU. 2.5GHz is "normal" & many report hitting 2.6GHz+. And with the money you save on the CPU, you can invest in some PC3500 RAM (or better).
