Dude, you gotta do some research on your own. No one can tell you how much you can overclock...it all depends on your CPU, board, BIOS, RAM, PSU, cooling, etc, plus how much of a risk you're willing to take. Try googling you're board's model number plus the word "overclock" & see what you come up with
