hello been awhile since i was on this site anywho i am planning on buyinh an Evo 500 small form factor computer just for some basic stuff and maybe runa few games (I Know i have to change the G-Card), now my problem is that i would like to upgrade the 1.8 Ghz P4 to about 2.4 GHz no i dont want overclock it i want to buy a seprate P4 running at a clock speed of 2.4 Ghz is it possible to do that and if so exactly what kind of P4 is it so i can research the exact chip i need that my motherboard will accept thanks alot

Looks like you're talking about SFF + CPU + Graphics card? I believe the graphics card needs to be a 1/2 height, so your upgrade possibilities will be limited. And if the D500 only has 256MB RAM, you can add more memory to your parts list too. IMO, this isn't a cost effective upgrade, but it's your money.

If the power supply can handle it is the bigger question with a high end graphics card. If you want to game, get a good case, PSU and LOTS of fans.
