Now wat is the best water cooling temp one should look for, when not using a peltier system. Since i just upgraded to Water Cooling.

So far i am at a loss, peak loads are hitting about 45c. idle is 32C. Cpu is receiving right from Radiator"120mm". should i put in a smaller one to help cool along with the 120mm one?

Did you overclock your A64 X2, if not, then getting a water cooling is a waste of money. Furthermore, 45C is way below AMD max Tc @ 69C+, why do you need to worry about temperatures that much unless you are doing extreme voltage + extreme overclock... A thing you can do would be to drop some ice cubes into the water so the temperature would go down more, but that need to be continous if you want to maintain low temperature.

I think I know wat...the same temps can be accomplished with good air cooling

Whats wrong with water cooling...? There are many good reasons such as lower case temps, more quiet, and less dust in the case. People don't just get watercooling for the temps, they do it for other reasons; not just overclocking.

32°C is a great temp for an X2. 45°C at load... you don't even have to worry about that, its fine. An extra radiator may help depending on your pump and where you place it. Try to place ure radiators somewhere it can suck cold air from.
