Bit more complex than a fan and heatsink.
Maybe look up some pictures on overclocking sites.

Water coolers actually work like a vehicle transmission or oil cooling system. Water is pumped through a sink/cooler placed on the CPU and returned to an exterior radiator mounted on the back of the tower. Hoses run in and out of the case carrying cool water in and hot water out. You might look at www.coolerguys.com or similar cooling websites for a more accurate description plus pics.

water coolers are kinda ricky if you not half [H] cuz if you dont do it right BAM! thats it CPU gone or if the pump dies for more the 20sec BAM! its dead also one more bad thing is that if not done right it can cause condensation and thats not good around electical s---

Use a dragon orb with a copper CPU plate and some thermal paste. Nobody makes CPUs that require more than that.

Dragon Orb.. AHH THE NOISE lol.
A few case fans would do just fine. You wont hear too much of the Orb running when the case fans are on :). Nice n cool CPU but.
