My GeForce4 MX420 is not working with my Asus A7V333 Motherboard? The Comp boots up (i can hear it) but i get no picture on my screen.
I testedthe Geforce4 on another comp and it works. I tested my mobo with another video card and it works as well. It has plenty of power (350W PSU).

Any Ideas?
(Could be the bios settings?)

Thanks
Nick

I had the same problem with a system I built not long ago. Nothing wrong with the card or the rest of the system. But for some reason the system just didnt like it. Swapped the card for another one of the same make and model and bingo! She fired up first pop.
Before going to the extent of doing that however give the connection pins a light rub with one of those green dish washing scourers or some steel wool. Some times this will solve the problem thought making a slightly better connection.
