Reply: (edit)That's not even possible. Programs don't monitor temp's they just report what temperatures the sensors are reading and video cards don't come with temperature sensors, and even if they did, just like cpu sensors they wouldn't be very accurate at all.

Reply: (edit)John: You are incorrect. There are video cards on the market that DO offer temperature monitoring. In fact, both of my Asus video cards do. As far as accuaracy in reporting the proper temps goes, I've tested mine with a highly accurate labratory grade external sensor and found that the onboard sensors where off by less than 5%. Jason: If your video card doesn't have a built in sensor there is a aftermarket control panel called the ipanel by Asus available that comes with 4 temp sensors which can be placed anywhere you want. You can monitor your CPU, video card, harddrive and case temps all at the same time. You can even set an alarm to alert you if 1 or all the sensors rise above a user set temperature. Ebay might be the best place to find a deal on one of these.
