I have a ti 4200 128 mb and a ti 4600, i was able to get the 4200 to 322/571 or 588 with artifacts.. up from 250/450 and the card was blazin hot after. i was able to get a score within the 14000 range with my p4 3.06 ddr400 oced also. ram was so hot i could of burnt myself but i wouldn't leave it like that for long. get a fan and just rest it on the back of the card blowing down on the back of the core and ram.

I was able to get my ti4600 up to 342/710 up from 300/650 with a score within the 15000 range.

There's no program to monitor the temp unless you have a temp monitor built into the card..like most asus cards have. but you can always buy a themaltake hardcano 9 and stick the thermistor under the gpu hsf and now you have a temp monitor for your card..but don't stick it between the gpu and the hsf just under the hsf, cause it can cause the temp to rise.

Most ti4200 cards do not have temp monitoring built in. It is normal for a vid card to get very hot.
