Hi
My Asus Probe VCore readings are higher than what I have set them to in my Asus PS533 BIOS. Which is correct?
Not only that, but they fluctate slightly as well. Is this normal?

Thanks,
Doxy

I have the exact same problem Doxy, except mine's fluctuating my '12V+' not Vcore.

I didn't get any responces that helped, but I wish you luck, and I'll keep my eye on this thread coz it might well help me :)

Hi
Mag, I saw your post as well.
I don't know if this is normal, but all my voltages are fluctuating in Asus Probe.

All of the voltages will fluctuate slightly during use. Most people say that a 5% change(up or down) is ok. If it starts to change more than that you may have a bad power supply.

Ryan, my '12v' is running at 13.5 when I'm doing nothing, up to 13.55 when I'm using my PC a little more. Is THIS normal?

Hi
Okay, A little fluctuation is normal.
But, the voltages are always higher than what my BIOS settings are. This makes me nerious since I do not want my P4's VCore to exceed 1.65v. They are below in the BIOS, yet consistantly above in Asus Probe. Which is correct?

I'v also got another question here, I have two PCs with the same mobo and CPU and yet one has the option in the bios for only 1.8v core and higher, and the other has two settings lower (1.7 /1.75)
