Upgrading the processor

Specs: Windows 7/ 64 bit home prem., Athlon ll x2 215/ PC-6400 ram
I have a Pegatron motherboard M2N68-LA (Narra5) with a AMD Athlon ll x2 215 processor with a AM2 socket, with PC2-6400 ram 3GBs and was wondering if this motherboard is AM3 ready?
or even able to use a AM3 socket processor successfully and to it full potential.
I was thinking about upgrading to the AMD Phenom ll 560.

I doubt it's a worthwhile upgrade, but it appears it will work.
